HOW TO PAY VIA ETRANSFER

Please complete the e-transfer Information Form PDF.

NB: ALL E-TRANSFERS MUST HAVE AN ACCOMPANYING INFORMATION FORM; PLEASE DO NOT SEND E-TRANSFERS WITHOUT THIS CRUCIAL FOLLOW-UP STEP) 

Once your transfer has been sent, you must then send a separate email to etransfers@childrensbridge.com with the subject line: “E-transfer information” and the completed Information PDF which can be filled, saved and emailed as an attachment OR printed, completed by  hand, scanned and emailed to TCB-families@childrensbridge.com.

Please send all e-transfers to TCB-families@childrensbridge.com. Transfers sent to any other email address will be automatically declined.

During the set-up of your e-transfer with your banking institution, there is a section for “messages/notes”. Here you must provide the following information (PLEASE NOTE: this is in addition to the Information Form):

  1. Your full name
  2. Adoption Program
  3. Fee being paid (below is the list of fee options):
    • Retainer Fee
    • Stage Two Fees
    • Adoption Practitioner Referral/post-placement fees
    • Annual/Subsequent Year Admin fees
    • Online Membership Fees
    • Intake Fees
    • In-country, Translation & Coordinator Fees (Thailand)
    • SWS Fees (South Korea)
    • Other (please describe in detail).
