A hands-on cooking classes at the Ottawa Chinese Cooking Studio. Each class is also a dinner consisting of the dishes made in class and complimentary items as detailed:

(1) Dragon sushi roll
(2) Poke bowl (salmon, avocado, cucumber, lettuce, green onion, sesame seeds…)
(3) Mango roll
(4) Sweet and sour carrot roll
(5) Vegetarian California sushi roll
(6) Onigiri (rice ball) with fillings
(7) Wakame and vegetables miso soup
Plus tea, wasabi, pickled ginger, soy sauce, chili sauce and fortune cookies

Cost: $79 (plus HST) per person.
